Kevin M. Fitzgerald, Associate

Mr. Fitzgerald represents the firm’s clients in a wide array of litigation matters, including pharmaceutical product liability cases such as Baycol, Rezulin, Phenylpropanolamine (PPA), Vioxx, Celebrex, Bextra, Zyprexa, and Risperdal.

Mr. Fitzgerald graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2002. While in law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal. Mr. Fitzgerald was a recipient of the American Bar Association Award for Excellence in Land Use and Local Government Law, an outstanding scholastic achievement award in Environmental Law, and the Horace S. Libby Memorial Scholarship.

Prior to law school, Mr. Fitzgerald worked for over five years as a legal assistant in a Cleveland, Ohio law firm where he assisted the firm’s attorneys in handling discovery and trial preparation for one of the largest asbestos plaintiffs’ caseloads in the country.

Mr. Fitzgerald is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Maine and in federal court in Arkansas. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Maine State Bar Association.
